  • Being an out of AZ state investment property buyer VBI worked very well to make us comfortable with our AZ property purchase. They set up a review period over Skype in order to go over everything face to face and made us very comfortable in purchasing the property even though we weren't there to see it with our own eyes. The inspection was very detailed and our inspector Lex Bagdassarian was very knowledgeable in all areas of inspection;AC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc. He was very helpful by running through the report and answering all of our questions to the fullest extent after the inspection. Will definitely use in the future with any other fourplex/investment property that we purchase. Thank you!
