Please educate Ms. Crystal, who claimed she was a manager, that there is an 800# that customers can call when they receive terrible service from her like I did. I asked her if it was a number customers could call to complain, with a smirk on her face she said no. Ms. Crystal needs to be trained on treating others the way she wants to be treated when she spends her money and not to argue with customers. At first she said I didn't phone in my order, which I did. She argued and said I did my order on-line, which I didn't. Ms. Crystal when you're having a bad day, DON'T take it out on the customer.
