  • Not very good. I rented a one bedroom for a year. The garbage disposable smelled like something died in there. The paid parking spot underground is super tight. If it snows, the property is not cleaned in a timely fashion. Sometimes they don't clean it until the next day. Causing the cars to pack the snow. Which then makes for a slippery driveway. Also, if you do rent from them...make sure you leave it impeccable because, you will NOT get your deposit back. (I cleaned my place before I dropped off their keys. But apparently it wasn't good enough.)
