rev:text	Let me start off by saying that this was the absolute worst customer service experience that I have ever had. A friend of mine had bought her bridesmaid dress at White, so I decided I would give it a try. I attempted to call over a 2 week period about 5 times. Nobody returned my calls. I then decided that I would just show up, since it said over the voicemail that walk-ins were available but appointments were preferred. On the phone message, it stated the hours were from 12-8pm on Tues-Thurs. I stopped by on Thursday, January 2nd, only to find out that there was nobody there. The door was locked and closed and the lights were out, even though it clearly stated on the phone and on the door that they were open from 12-8. Since it was 12:30, I figured they might be running late. So I came back at about 3pm. A young woman answered the door and told me they were closed. I explained that I was very disappointed having called so many times and just wanted to make an appointment. She continually said, "It's the holidays and we're closed, don't you get that people take time off over Christmas?" I told her that the phone message clearly states that they are supposed to be open. The lady said it wasn't her fault that the answering machine was faulty and maybe I called the wrong store. She then proceeded to say that I had an attitude and motioned for me to leave. The visit ended by her screaming "Happy Holidays to you too" and slamming the door. I have never been so appalled by the way I was treated, and frankly, I would not recommend this bridal boutique to anyone. The staff, or at least this one woman in particular, are incredibly unprofessional.
