| - Wow, what a bunch of scammers! Beware! I brought my car in and ordered the $16.99 Supreme wash (already a bit pricey in my opinion, but I figured it would be a thorough wash). I pull my car up to the guy, and request this specific wash. He says "can you please open your door so I can look inside". I thought that was odd, but said, ok, and opened my drivers door. He saw some dry, spilled soda on the inside bottom edge of the door, near the threshold, and asked if I would like him to wipe it off. I again thought that was an odd request, as I assumed they would wipe it off either before or after the car is run through the actual wash conveyor belt. I said sure, and in literally 5-10 seconds he wiped it off.
He then gave me a order slip, and I pulled my car up a few feet to the vacuums, put it in park and stepped out of my car and went inside to the register to pay. As I waited in line to pay, I looked at the order slip and it says "Supreme wash: $16.99" and "Wipe interior: $3.00". WTF?? You sneaky bastards, trying to add that on without getting formal permission. And more importantly, why would you expect me to pay $3 extra, when I already had the $16.99 wash that includes an interior cleaning? You guys are true scammers, and don't deserve to stay in business.
What's next, a 99 cent fee to open the door for me? GREEDY SOB's!
