  • Bait and switch pricing. Paid $75 for a failed install (which was not their fault). Attempted to up charge to $100 for an "attic crawl" when there is no crawling in my attic and I was never told about this. Then attempted to up charge an additional 10% to use a credit card- again, up charge and something that I was never advised on when I made the appointment. After failed install left my TV on jacked up settings that took me an hour to straighten out. I had high hopes.
