Made an appointment almost 2 weeks ago. The dogs needed their shots renewed so I called to make sure the timing was not an issue, told it wasn't so I took the two in last Thursday. When they looked at the shot records they said they needed to wait 48 hours after the shots, which I am glad they told me. We scheduled the appointment for 7:00 am in Monday (today). When I arrived the appointments for the two Golden Retrievers had been erased. I needed an express service, they were unable to accommodate since I had been erased. They were able to offer services if I wanted to leave the dogs for 4 or 5 hours. Not impressed, not going back. I realize its probably a comedy of errors but just not interested. There have got to be better businesses with less headache.
Update: When the manager called regarding the bad service she told me the person who erased my appointment remembered a lady calling yesterday and canceling. When I said that was not possible she mentioned that perhaps she erased the wrong name. Any excuse in the book. What a joke!
