| - This is my go to yoga spot in Vegas. It has two rooms, one bigger and one smaller, and the whole studio is dedicated strictly to yoga. They have varying types of yoga classes, some are hot yoga (not as hot as a hot yoga studio), some are ashtanga, some focus on meditation, and most are some sort of vinyasa flow.
The rooms come equipped with bolsters, blocks, straps, and blankets you can use and I believe you can rent a yoga mat if needed. The rooms are clean and peaceful, and only sometime have that sweaty gym feel if the class before yours really worked.
The teachers are all very knowledgeable, skilled, and run good classes that allow for all skill levels to be properly challenged. The teacher can make or break a class for me, so I always suggest you try out many teachers and styles of classes to find which one works for you and your goals the best. My personal favorite teachers here are Eric Jeffers and Rachael Sellars, they are phenomenal instructors and high quality. Zeek Vincent used to teach here as well, and he is my favorite. He teaches regionally now and at different studios.
This studio also has a variety of workshops taught by some of the best and most well known yogis in the world like Rachel Brathen and Kino McGregor.
They have classes for all levels and everyone there is super welcoming and nice, with no judgements about your ability level. They are good about welcoming to all levels and the teachers will help you find modifications to poses if need be.
The prices are my only complaint here. It is pricey, but so are most any yoga studio. Even the package deals are pricey. But I have accepted that my yoga practice will exact a hefty burden on my wallet.
