I've taken in two pairs of shoes here for repairs on two separate occasions and had two different experiences. The first time, I took my winter boot in as the seam on the back of one of them was splitting. They sewed it back up for me in one day and it cost me less than $10. The second time I went, I brought in a pair of high heel sandals that had a wood bottom. The rubber soles attached were wearing out and I wanted them replaced. They charged me more than $20, which was ridiculously expensive. I'm definitely going to a different shoe repair in the future.
