  • I've known these fellas for a while to do service on my bikes but their customer service skills suck There are a couple fellas that are thoughtful and helpful, but the crass, know-it-all, attitude trickles down from the owner to his troops. I have found another shop that is more suited to my cruiser attitude and cruiser bikes. This is probably a great shop if you like to have your testicles pounded everyday on a mountain bike seat because these guys are ball busters.
