| - I agree with others that 1. the machines are outdated 2. the club is not cleaned properly 3. management, specifically GM Andrea, is rarely present and rude when she is.
During the 6 years I have been a member, things have steadily declined. Front desk staff is inconsistent - some are great, others won't even say hello. Loads of turnover.
Recently, they got some new spin bikes. Prior to that, there had only been one new machine in all my years there. There are no iPod docks and most of the machines don't have a TV monitor. They don't clean very well around the machines and don't provide disinfectant and towels for members to clean machines after they work out.
This club used to be great, and could be again. There are no other clubs with so many courts, but the facility isn't being taken care of. Recently, they fixed some tennis courts with DONATIONS from members. This club is owned by a large hotel chain, not a charity. Tennis members pay a lot of money to use the facility, the fact that members recently donated 10k to maintain this facility is absurd.
Andrea, would you please show up and do your job? If she won't, Club Sport, will you please find someone that will?
