  • I recently got married so prepare yourself for several gushing newly married reviews. Our ceremony and reception were at the McGill Rose Garden, one of the most beautiful locations in Charlotte. While the location is convenient (adjacent to uptown, free parking onsite) the staff is what I've come to rave about. Our wedding happened during a very unexpected rain storm and they worked tirelessly to readjust on hours notice. They supplied umbrellas and made sure guests were warm and secure. The team was polite, kind and organized and while a storm was happening we felt calm and well taken care of. I can only imagine how lovely our day would have been under the sunshine but our event wasn't compromised in the slightest due to the five star team at the garden.
