  • Great apartments. Professional staff. Security patrol at night. Everybody in the office is honest, straightforward, friendly, and clearly cares about the complex. The maintenance crew has been here for years and are honest and very knowledgeable. They do things right, for instance leaving windows open to let carpet or paint dry, or taking the time to measure weather stripping correctly. No noise or smog from the freeway. Never had a problem with bugs. There is a one or two dollar fee for online rent payment, which is annoying, but I think they're working on getting it reversed. The complex is calm, the pool is never too loud, and all my neighbors say hi. It's a great place.
