Mike's cheesesteaks are authentic (to this former decade-long Philly resident), with decent rolls. It's definitely better to dine-in so the steam doesn't make the bread soggy in the to-go container. The fries are only so-so, and I have had a steak that used really sinew-y meat before, and that was a turnoff. Yet, I went back anyway and it was fine, so that might have been a fluke.
