| - Nice, cozy place with really cheap prices for a lot of food. For just $5.50, they served me butternut soup with leek, radish (and something I think is kale?) salad, and potato + lentil salad on a really big plate. Just to clarify, they only have one serve one type of meal per week, but you get the whole meal (everything I listed above) for just one cost (for me, it was $5.50).
The food is pretty good, even the salad stuff, and this is coming from someone who doesn't like healthy food. The butternut squash soup was really tasty though!
The staff were pretty friendly, but their menu was crowded with a bunch of food items they were serving in their meal this week, making it somewhat difficult to read. I ended up having to ask them where their menu was, but they were nice enough to point it out and basically read it to me.
According to their blackboard and their website, you can get lifetime membership and get something like 50 cents off all meals for one payment of $5 or 2 volunteer shifts.
Definitely the best place to go if you're planning to eat healthy.
