  • We chose Homewood because they allowed pets. At no point in the ad or reservation procedure was it mentioned that they charge a $100 NON REFUNDABLE fee per pet. At check-in, I was told about the fee, but could not find alternative reservations on such short notice. This is not only unethical, but what I call Highway Robbery! Need less to say, Homewood Suites and Hilton are off my list.
