I've used LUSH for the last decade. I could open a store out of my bathroom.
However, I tend to avoid this store now as I get REALLY annoyed when the staff kind of just hover over you. Last week, we went to get something last minute for our trip. I have a LUSH reusable tote and I am drinking out of LUSH water bottle. A girl comes up to me and my husband twice in 1 minute to ask how we are. The first time : I exchanged pleasantries and immediately go back into an important conversation with my husband re: our travel arrangements. Less than one minute later, she literally asks us again, "how are you?" I have 3 products in my hands and I'm busy right now - I'm good, kiddo!
I decide to engage her - I am being completely sarcastic and I admit, that isn't nice. I know about the products, I am a pro at Lush. She tells me about her favourite product and then asks about mine. I tell her about a long discontinued Retro item and she is stumped by this. *sigh*. I really hate pushy shop-bots. If you are worried I am going to steal, offer a basket. Otherwise, no reason to engage me after I have already given you a polite hello and told you I don't need help. I am there for soap, not social hour!
