  • Long waits, rude front desk staff! The hygienist or dental assistant (not sure what her title was) didn't even take the time to explain to my child what she was going to do! These people claim to specialize in pediatrics!! They just want to put your child under general anesthesia to complete dental work so they don't have to deal with him or her! I have come to realize that picking dentists or doctors based on proximity to my house is not a good idea. I now make the drive to a pediatric dental office that loves children and schedules appointments so that the wait is reasonable!!
