  • After waiting about an hr to get service finally got a phone but not the one I wanted cause the burnera (Verizon rep) said they weren't in stock the night I purchased the iPhone 6 (silver) I wanted the iPhone 6 black so I called the next morning to see if the iPhone 6 black was in stock Verizon rep told me there was several, so I asked him if a shipment came today, and Verizon rep replied no they don't have shipments on Sunday. So then I began to pursue the manager about being lied too and how my time was wasted. Verizon manager JOSH P. Had a poor attitude and didn't have any concern of me being a customer or not. Do not shop at this store if you value your time.
