  • SCAM ARTISTS! DO NOT USE! OWNERS, RENTERS - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are NOT prompt, they do not even know the word "professional" There is no doubt in my mind that any positive review on Yelp is a fake. There are no two ways around this - they are trying to perfect the art of scamming you. When we called to ask about the scams, they: - cussed at us - yelled at us - didn't let us talk and interrupted every sentence - hung up when we asked for a manager From day 1, the scam was on. I began to write the details of each and every scam they attempted, but my review quickly became incredibly long. They tried to scam us on our deposit by charging us for items that were already broken when we moved in. When my pregnant wife and I moved out, they forced us out on November 4th when we gave our 1-month notice on October 28. They also charged us for the entire month of November! They charged us for marketing when we moved out but never marketed the property. They charged us for marketing when we moved in even though we found it through the owner's Zillow ad. DO NOT USE! EVEN OUR LAND OWNER WAS SCAMMED! I cannot possibly say enough negative things about this company.
