  • Very disappointed with my experience. I bought a gift card in July that benefitted breast cancer and paid $80.00 and it was for a one hour massage. When I went to pay they told me that there was only $39.99 on the card and that I owed $15.00. I guess their prices went up in September but they would not honor the one hour massage. The massage therapist did not do a good job. I asked her twice to do it harder because I could barely feel it and she kept ignoring me. This was the worst massage I have ever had. You don't actually get an hour, it's 50 mins or less because they take time off you for dressing and undressing. Not one time did the therapist ask me how I was doing or if everything was ok. She also smelled like smoke which was making me feel sick. The girl at the front desk was friendly but tried to get me to buy a membership after I told her the massage was just "ok". I will not be going back.
