  • I purchased an Electra for my wife here 8 months ago. When I went to pick it up the custom elements I had selected with the help of an employee would not work. Without those elements the bike was not what we were looking for. The owner allowed me to selected a bike that came with the elements I was looking for and worked with me on the price to make it work for all of us. There outstanding customer service has resulted in us purchasing another Electra and a whole bunch of accessories. We also referred my mother-in-law who just purchased a cruiser there as well. All the guys are super friendly and love to talk bikes. We will keep going back and referring everyone we know
