  • We were remodeling our house at the end of last year and the one major piece that my wife and I could not find was a family room sofa. Because of the room size and our newfound theme, we were looking for something that fit ALL of our needs... look, comfort, color, size, etc. And after shopping for months throughout LA and the OC, we were getting tired of going from one furniture store to another getting the pitch of some salesperson pushing their "one" sofa down our throat. Who would've thought we'd find our ideal sofa on our quick weekend trip to Vegas. We walked into the Summerlin store as we shopped the area and Christina right away got our attention. She entertained our rather large family of 15 and asked ALL the right questions and what our needs were. A 2 minute peak into the store became a 40 minute experience. She answered ALL of our questions and showed us the Lovesac line a gave us options and we readily decided right there that we wanted to be a customer. Its HARD to find a good retail experience nowadays, and Christina changed that! Kudos to people to take Pride in what they do!
