Got my son's first haircut here. The employee who helped me make the appointment was pretty unfriendly and unhelpful. Eventually I was able to convince her to let me make an appointment for a week later.
Got the haircut and it wasn't bad. They gave him a cute little certificate with a lock of his hair in it. The woman who did his haircut was very friendly and they put a DVD on for him, which was a nice touch.
Called today and asked if I could make an appointment for another haircut, hoping it was just a fluke last time that the person I dealt with was rude. The woman who answered the phone said, "Nope, we don't have any today." I said, "I wasn't looking for one today. I was wondering if you had one available tomorrow." She said "Nope. Not til Friday." It's like they don't want you to give them your business? It's like pulling teeth to get an appointment. I wouldn't mind waiting til Friday at all, but please don't be rude about it, and make me pull the information out of you. I said nevermind and will take my son someplace where they aren't bothered by my business.
