I visited this location to purchase a can of AC/Pro to charge my AC for this grueling Nevada heat. Upon arriving, I had asked for help as cars are not my forte. They declined assisting me as at their location "they are not allowed to assist in the service or repair of a vehicle". Fine. Simple enough, I can figure it out. I remove the red tag underneath the house as instructed to by AC/Pros self help video. As soon as the red tag came off, the entire can EXPLODED. I did not pierce the can or attach the hose to the can. The AC fluid went all over my car, body and garage. Well that sucks. I call to explain what happened and was told that there is NOTHING they can do. They will not replace the can and they will not issue me a refund. They virtually blamed me and told me that if I can't handle this "job" and the outcome, then I shouldn't have done it. Alls they had to do was issue me a refund/replacement for selling a faulty product. Instead, I was belittled and ABSOLUTELY discriminated against the moment I walked in this location. Now I am left with a hot AC, 60 bucks less and a really bad review for this Autozone. I'm not only insulted but am planning on doing higher up in their corporate chain until this is resolved.
