The sales and delivery people we dealt with were great. Unfortunately, I had a problem with 3 of the dining chairs I had and had to call customer service. The answering machine they have in customer service states a call will be returned within one business day. That didn't happen, after two calls and two messages. On the third call, I spoke to Angelica? in the front office who transferred me to customer service. Neither person I spoke to apologized for no call back or sounded like they cared. A little niceness goes a long way.
