  • We have always had a 5 star experience with Soma Sleep. What a wonderful company to have in the GTA and amazing customer service. It was so hard to find a decent company that sold legit organic mattresses. First, we got our king mattress here a few years ago and still love it. It's nice to know our bed is clean and safe of potentially toxic chemicals. This month we actually got a bed frame from them as we were thinking of rearranging the bedroom with our new member of the family coming soon. It was Val and Christina who sold it to us. They were extremely helpful. Val even helped to explain how to assemble the frame to my husband. It was super sturdy and I believe the frame was only about 33 lbs, while cost was $113 after tax. The frame was perfect for the Sleeptek mattresses and we were just going to attach a headboard to it. We didn't end up going with our plan and wanted to return the bed frame. I had emailed them and Adamo responded and said they typically didn't accept returns (as per company policy), but if the metal rails are still in their original packaging un-opened, in-tact and un-damaged they could do a refund. On the way there, we realized we forgot our receipt at home and it was still fine. Thank god.. cuz 401 was horrendous during rush hour and I really didn't want to go back for it. Also bought a natural rubber mattress for our baby C. I really wasn't sure which mattress to pick as they were all very similar and was just going to go with Sleeptek since that's the one we are currently using. But due to the crib having 3" metal castings (not sure what you call that), John the owner suggested the Green Sleep Natural Rubber Crib Mattress as it might be better suited. In fact, the Green Sleep one was cheaper and he didn't even try to up-sell me. Super honest. We will certainly be back again in the near future!
