I've been a patient here for nearly 2 years. I questioned the staff and his procedures a few times and they were very valid reasons. Time and time again they failed me. I'm also having billing issues where he has over charged me for unfinished work and for return visits for his poor workmanship. I'm working with simple pay on this. I cannot get a return phone call from the finance person named Sammy.
Fast forward.. I receive two Crowns with subpar workmanship.
Dr. Haynes 1st mold impression was so off that it required nearly 25 minutes of grinding and polishing both teeth.
After getting home, I realized how bad one tooth looked and how the other did not have the look or feel of Shiny porcelain. I conveyed this message to both his staff and himself. I was under the assumption that we were all in Agreement that I was getting both replaced.
After he was finished, I went home and discovered he only replaced one. I emailed him about my displeasure about this. He apparently doesn't like receiving negative feedback because he decided to end our client doctor relationship. He is yet to credit my simple pay account for the 2 implants he said that he's not doing which is a few thousand dollars.
I will be contacting the BBB as well and then filing a case in court.
This is not the 1st time he has done subpar work. One customer complained of a bad root canal that was reinforced by a root canal specialist stating Dr. Haynes doesn't know what he's doing. I went to another practice a couple months ago to get a root canal and Dr. Haynes questioned why I didn't have him do it. I told him the negative review really concerned me. He stated that he received more training and better equipment to perform the surgery.
My question is why after the customer begged on both social media, via telephone and in person to Dr. Haynes for a refund did he not comply?
I believe Dr. Haynes is probably okay with basic tooth extractions, Fillings, xrays, etc.., But I fear that hes just not a really good cosmetic dentist nor a surgeon of any capacity. Buyer / Client beware!
A couple suggestions is to avoid Melissa and Sammy if you do go.
