  • Hofbrauhaus is definitely in my top 5 favorite restaurants! I haven't been to the original but for Pittsburgh, they do a great job. The only real inconvenience is the wait time on the weekends. Also, I've unfortunately noticed the service being not as great in the outside section. But the unique atmosphere and the big beers as well as the excellent service inside the bar & dining area makes it totally worthwhile! There is a cute little gift shop inside. This is my go to for authentic German cuisine and a traditional German experience. You could make a nice evening out of coming here and not be disappointed.
