The lady that answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. She stated different information that was very confusing since it was inconsistent and she started to get impatient as I asked for clarification. She said she had other things to do and asked me why it mattered for me to make an appointment and why I couldn't come in sooner. I don't think my personal business needs to be stated and I don't think she should be treating customers like that. The receptionist represents the business and they need to hire someone else because she's doing her job poorly. Horrible customer service, I understand if she's having personal life problems but as for anyone, you should try to keep that separate from your work life.
