  • Being a boba fan, I was excited to try this place out after seeing that it has 4.5 stars rating. My friend and I happened to be near the area where Teason is at, so we stopped by there on a Saturday night around 9 PM. The place is cute, but set up more as a to-go place. There are only benches and no tables. I'm not sure if they changed the set up and removed the tables permanently, as some pics that other yelpers posted showed tables inside previously. First of all, the 1 star I gave this place was solely due to service. The teenagers that work there were friendly and helpful. They noticed I took a sip of the drink I ordered (Hokkaido milk tea with boba) and didn't like it. They asked what's wrong with my drink and I told them it was too sweet and too milky. I like my milk tea, where I can actually taste the tea. One of the boys suggested I tried oolong milk tea, as it was supposed to be one with a stronger tea taste, and gave me a sample. Oolong was worse. It was pretty much watered down milk. I asked to try black milk tea. It was still bad, but I just ended up sticking with that since I felt bad having to ask for more samples, even though the boys assured me it's alright and I could even try all of them. In addition to the poor taste, the boba was hard and tasteless. I didn't even finish my drink (and I never not finish my boba drinks), even though my friend and I stayed there to chat for a couple hours, as it was just that bad. My friend ordered a pink flamingo without any toppings and she liked her drink. I tasted it and to me, it tasted like watered down syrup, but hey to each his own. All drinks are $3.95 (toppings are $.50 each) and come in 16 oz. sealed bottles. I get that they're trying to be cute with the presentation, but it's just not practical. I don't really see a point for it. Once you start drinking, It's not like you can save your drink for later and put the lid back on because what do you do with your straw then? and you have to keep and carry around the lid just in case you can't finish your drink all at once? Anyway, there are way better boba places in Vegas, so I won't be coming back.
