  • UPDATE: I've changed from 4 stars to one. After going back a few more times it was fine, until I had four nails chip the afternoon of my morning manicure. I went back hoping they would understand and politely redo them but instead I got a bandaid. Two of the nails broke the next day. The attitude was uncalled for and the manager ignored me twice when I pointed out that what she called my nail bed was actually a scuff mark from her employee. Never going back and it's a shame. I'm picky about where I get my nails done because I'm very particular. This place I've been too pretty repeatedly for a few months now and I've been very happy. I get gel manicures (one color or French tip) and regular (one color or French tip) pedicures. The gel manicures usually last me 2 to 3 weeks and I hardly have to file them to keep them in good shape! Why not 5 stars? Because for the first time ever, this past Christmas, I asked for nail art - a snowflake. It turned out needing a second coat and looked rushed, so I asked for it to kindly be wiped off. Like I said though.. I'm very particular. They were super nice about it and I still go back! Also, I get my eyebrows done there and they do a great job at that too!
