  • Ahhhh Ramen Sora... An amazing bowl of legitimate ramen soup, and they don't use flavor packets! This place is a small Restaraunt (like seats less than 20 people small) but is worth the wait! You are immediately greeted and seated with smiles, and the staff is more than happy to assist with answering questions about their specific brand of ramen. I suggest the corn butter ramen with miso base, as this provides a pop of flavor, and the butter gives the broth a silky flavor and texture that I have yet to see matched in the ramen community. They also have options for spicy meat (or the more sinisterly named "killer spicy" meat for those who dare) if you want an extra punch of flavor. I also appreciate the firm, not soggy, noodles that are curly - not straight. Stop in on a weekday before noon for faster seating, and faster eating!
