  • I normally have my vehicles serviced at a dealership, but decided to try AA after seeing their ad and coupon for a discounted synthetic oil change come in in the mail to me. I called and was told I did not need to make an appointment. They serve customers on a first come, first serve basis. I showed up at their facility at 2:00 PM on a Friday afternoon. They were able to Service my 2017 Ford F-150 within ten minutes of my arrival. The coupon I presented was for $39.95 on a full synthetic oil and filter change. I had read the fine print and expected to be upcharged for more oil and the skid plate removal on my FX4 off road option equipped truck. The entire bill was $48.60 which was less than I expected, given the 6 quart oil capacity and the extra work with the skid plates. The AA technician called to my attention what looked like a coolant seepage or leak. Truck is under warranty so I will bring to dealer for diagnostics on the seepage. All in all I received great service, the price was less than I expected and they had me in and out in less than 76 minutes. The customer waiting area is less than I expected, and their was no Free WiFi or coffee. That's the only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5. This is a good place to get work done and I recommend them.
