| - I travel up and down Russel Road a few times a week and HIIT Life is very visible from the street so I decided to stop and check it out. I don't remember who initially gave me a tour but he was very welcoming and explained their concept and how the two levels of memberships worked. I toured the gym area on my first visit as the class area was not completed at that time. The gym has all the basic cardio equipment, treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, and weight training equipment. Everything is brand new, clean, and well spaced out and it's 24-hour access for $34.99 a month.
Since I'm about that #gymlife I followed them on IG and fast forward about a month and their class area was open and they were offering free classes, Of course I signed up. The class I took was circuit style, two minutes each station. It was what you would expect for a bootcamp-style class, warm up and explanation of stations before starting. I think if you are already fairly conditioned you might not find the classes too challenging but still a great cardio burn. If you are new to bootcamp-style classes then I would definitely recommend them for the instruction and monitoring that come with it. Some of the stations consisted of box jumps or step ups, abs, ball slams, landmines and hand slap planks.
It was a large class and the instructor was able to offer modifications and correct form where needed. If you want to do the classes it's $89.99 a month but that includes the 24-hour gym access as well. I think it's a pretty good deal!
