  • I had been here before with great service, but this time was highly different. The guy that approached me seemed very disinterested and almost scoffed at my question of "how different are these vs the other designs?". I was told they don't have plastic bags which was fine since the item was in a plastic bag anyway, but there were plenty of other items that weren't and it was raining heavily outside. The other sales woman at the cashier took one look at me and rolled her eyes and looked away. Nice way to treat your customers and make them feel welcome. I really do hope this is an isolated incident as they have lots of good equipment for very cheap, but if I experience anything like this again from here, I will make a bigger deal out of it than this.
