  • I have to say that I have been a customer here for years. Yesterday, between 130 and 230 pm I arrived to get a mini works car wash. I pull up, tell them what I want, get my check and go inside to pay and wait. It was fairly busy, about 5-6 cars ahead of mine. And expensive cars too. Porsche, Lexus, Cadillac...wide variety of what I would presume to be fairly affluent persons. When I left I returned directly to work, maybe a mile away. On my way home, I decide to stop off and pick myself up a quick bite on the way home, I have a Wendy's gift card for $50 this will be perfect. I'm looking for my gift card, that I know I keep in a special card/ticket holder built into the center console. Its not there! I look inside the console glove box - nothing. I double check the door pockets - nothing. I look on the floor - nope, not there either. My car is always locked at work or anywhere I stop. The gift card has been there for about 3 months, untouched and its suddenly missing. I hate to accuse anyone of THEFT, but when I called the location after not finding the card, the man that answered could offer nothing except "these are all people that have been working here for a long time", and "We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle". REALLY?! I tip those guys well because I'm sure they are not paid much more than minimum wage, they do a good job, and have to do it in elements I dont want to work in. So now, on top of paying $20.99 for a car wash I'm expected to just sit back and believe its acceptable for them to "approve" of someone taking a $50 gift card? I guess if I left a $50 bill on the seat I should expect them to just help themselves to that too. Oh wait, that would have been left out in the open, they wouldnt touch that, they only root through things that are concealed. I will make sure I tell all my co-workers and anyone else looking for a place to have their car washed NOT TO GO TO THIS LOCATION. Its a shame. I've spent much money there getting windows tinted, vehicles detailed and washed...not any more!!!
