rev:text	Love the apartment the complex is a little shady though. Ok let's start with the management staff and maintenance. Tammy was amazing when she was here, haven't seen her in a little bit so hope she is coming back. She was the only one to make any effort to respect me and acknowledge what I was trying to achieve in life. As a trans man the simple things like acknowledging my pronouns and calling me by the name I introduced myself as and not the one you read on my state ID, I have corrected them multiply times and they can't seem to get it. Then maintenance team is a joke. The property is dirty, there is a dog area that always has dog poop everywhere, the homeless people go through the trash and leave it a mess that the residence have to pay extra for clean up, they mark maintenance request as taken care of even when they have made no attempt to fix it, and the excuses these people make there is always and excuse followed with a reason for the excuse. This is a company that will really try to nickel and dime you for everything you have. I've lived here for a little over a week and have seen/heard some of the residence talk about how unhappy they are because of the management team themselves. As for the apartment it's self I haven't found any real flaws with it. I love the size and I lucked up with amazing neighbors. If they would get staff that wasn't here just to collect a paycheck and actually cared about the residence well being it would be an amazing place. I have no regrets moving here yet.
