  • The Pretzel Shop is a Pittsburgh classic. I would give the quality of the pretzels 4 stars, but when you factor in the low cost, and quaint set-up- this place gets bumped up to 5 stars. It's a great place to stop by for a pretzel sandwich on a Saturday, for a breakfast sandwich (any day but Sunday), or to get a ton of soft pretzels on the cheap if you have people coming over. All in all, the Pretzel Shop is a must-go if you are in the South Side.
