  • As a renter, I didn't have any major problems with this management company. Donna was my agent and she was always very easy to get a hold of via text, email or call. When our 30 day notice was up during the middle of my husband waiting to hear back from an out of state job interview, she gave us 90 more days to give notice without changing our rent amount. Move out went very smooth and the cleaning company (Erica) she recommended was EXCELLENT. We received basically our entire deposit and even had had pets in the place. My only complaint was that when we initially moved in (Feb 2015) the place was dirtier than any rental we had lived in previously and there were a number of (simple) repairs that took 4-6 weeks to complete. The handyman she had us work with in early 2016 was much quicker and more efficient.
