  • The salon itself it's fine, my experience is about the laser hair removal (bought a coupon from fabfind). They quickly go through the body parts in about 5 minutes (maybe less) and clearly miss parts. It's ridiculous to say this is laser hair removal. When I went to subsequent appointments and explained that I was experiencing less then stellar results, the technician was surprised, i can't see why as they clearly miss the sides of my arm (only covering top and bottom). Also due to overbooking it's very hard to get an appointment every 4 weeks. When i called to talk to the manager she said it's my own fault! Talk about being rude to your customers, but i guess that's the service you expect when they already have your money. On top of that fabfind tells me everyone had a great experience with them and would not refund me my money. Clearly everyone has had great experiences based on the reviews below. AVOID!
