This review is for the sales department. We already own a Fiat which we really like, so we were all ready to add a second Fiat to our home. One day while having some service work done on our Fiat we walked out on the lot and found a late model used Fiat that we decided to try to buy. We have had some really horrible experiences with high pressure car dealers so we went home and looked the car up online and the ad said call for our EPrice. I called and asked to speak to the Internet sales dept and a man came on and we talked about the car. I was VERY clear that I wanted to do this transaction online, we had our financing all approved ahead of time with our credit union. I told him that when we came in, it was just to sign papers. We agreed to meet three days later when I had the day off. Over the next three days the salesman wouldn't return my emails, I finally asked him straight out if he was the Internet salesman or not. He finally emailed me two hours before our scheduled meeting time and said we don't have an Internet sales department ,but come on in and he'd be happy to get us into that new car.
I was floored! I felt deceived and upset. They had a sure thing. We were going to buy the car, but we hate the whole dealership experience. We did not go in. We will never go back. I do not do business with dishonest people.
This rating is only for The sales department. Oddly enough the service department is excellent and has always exceeded my expectations.
