I don't even know where to start. This was an absolute waste of time and life. I took my nephew for his senior year high school photos. When you walk in the vibe feels like people are sad/dead. I saw very upset people waiting in the lobby for their proofs. It was already a red flag for me, but I tried to proceed through. We get no help when we walk in, there was like no one, but I figured out what to do by finding the sign in sheet on the right, near a small table.
I just fill out everything for my nephew and we finally get approached by a woman who was like...."you have 'to sign in over there." It wasn't very pleasant how she sounded. Maybe I was already turned off and she sounded salty to me, idk. Then we wait for another 10 to 15 minutes to get greeted by an unhappy worker who seems to be in her teens. She looked like she didn't want to be there and I don't blame her. We finally get called and have to wait in another section, waiting for my nephew to take his photos. It was about 10-15 minutes.
We then had to wait even longer for the proofs maybe 30-45 mins. This lady was nice though, and his pictures were alright. So I am not as salty, but I think they can definitely improve the atmosphere and culture.
