  • Absolutely the most terrible check in experience ever!!! 20 people in a queue, just freestyled across the lobby and no direction. Two people working and a lobby full of tired, tweaked out kids needing to get to bed. Most people coming from CA on a long drive, have some Customer Service or amenities. First and last time I am staying here. Don't care how nice the rooms are when service sucks I take my business elsewhere.
