  • I love Ross and get great buys there! It's a Budgetnista's dream! My favorite locations are Deer Valley and Chandler. However, my happiness soon turned to misery when I encountered Fitting Room Nazi at the dressing room. I understand she has a procedure to follow but her approach and attitude are horrible. I have never encountered this rude behavior at any other Ross. She is customer service at its worst. When I spoke to the manager, it fell on deaf ears so apparently the entire store is dysfunctional. I will continue to patronize Ross but definitely not at this location.
