  • This has to be the most incompetent group of employees. This location is right next to my house and I refuse to come here anymore. 4 our of the last 5 visits my order has been wrong or incomplete. I ask for no whip I get whip. I ask for a venti I get a grande. I ask for a white chocolate mocha and I get a regular mocha. First world problems I guess but how hard is it to get an order right. It's almost as if they are trying to get it wrong.
