  • By far the worst experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. It started when I met the Sales Manager Peter Kash. Never been to a dealership where he tells you he is only there to look out for the business and not the customer. He treats his customers and salesmen poorly. After we settled on a price I brought in a check from Navy Federal. You can tell he has never dealt with Navy Federal. After explaining to him how Navy Federal works he still had to call them as he did not trust me. After Navy Federal explained it to them, they still didn't trust me a member of the military for more than 18 years. They wanted me to write another check for the full amount off the deal. After they refused the check from Navy Federal I walked on the deal. He followed me out of the dealership and began to argue with me on how he wanted to get paid because it was all about the business not the customer. He even told his salesmen not to help my wife get her stuff out of the vehicle. Navy Federal members don't even bother coming here.
