I wrote this on the 9th:
I was disappointed to see a bunch of bad reviews now on Best In Show. It's disappointing to hear that everyone doesn't have the same wonderful experience I do. Even though Jamie left, we are still treated very well. Cooper was a rescue and they continue to make sure I get first appointment so he doesn't have to stay there too long. They get his issues and move him in and out fast. They are still kind and compassionate for him. They have all the same groomers since Jamie left. I haven't had any issues to date and I go monthly for the last 2+ years. If that changes, I'll be sure to update again.
As of today, the 12th of August:
I believe the way to success is when you call, ask for their "slower days" and address your concerns and threshold for how long you are willing to leave your dog. When I booked my appointment, we worked out a day a few days out to get a first in the morning appointment on a Tuesday. Cooper was in at 8 and out by 9:15. Not sure you can do much better than that!
