  • Brought an ipad in (still held a charge, was able to re-install IOS, but screen was non-responsive). They diagnosed the problem as requiring a screen replacement. I ok'd the work. On pick up the device now does not hold a charge nor does the screen turn on any more. Completely bricked. They did not charge me for this "Service". Buyer beware.
