  • Had a very disappointing encounter. Took my car in for a wash after a long rain storm and the car came out of the wash with multiple spots of dirt. When I pointed that out to the guy about to dry my car, he said okay and started to run a dry towel over the dirt patches essentially smearing all the dirt on the car. Sort of defeats the purpose of paying that little extra for a hand car wash if they are gonna miss spots during wash then just run dry towel over the dirt.
